Northern Plains Erosion Control (NPEC) supplies certified erosion control products to contractors across North Dakota, Montana, and western South Dakota. Our History
Northern Plains Erosion Control (NPEC) was founded in 2012 to meet a growing demand for straw wattles on North Dakota transportation and roadway projects. To ensure consistent quality and production efficiency, specialized German machinery was installed at our Belfield, North Dakota facility to manufacture certified weed-seed free straw wattles.
As demand expanded, NPEC broadened its offerings to include erosion control blankets, straw wattles in multiple diameters, round straw bales, and certified weed-seed free straw for construction, pipeline, and oilfield reclamation projects throughout the Bakken region.
Today, Northern Plains Erosion Control continues to operate from its Belfield warehouse, delivering bundled and ready-to-install erosion control materials across North Dakota, eastern Montana, and western South Dakota.
